The original, the one who started it all. They give out the money, some people up to $2,000 and if you get at least 20 referrals they
give you a special membership with better benefits. They, at the moment let up to 25 hours soon to be 40 hours, and pay out $.50 an hour.
This is my pick because it has good service, no bad reviews, nothing, this is a great program.

GetPaid4 is a great new program that just came out on the web. They pay
for surfing, e-mails, searching, and signing up for free offers.

This program not only pays $.50 an hour but has up to 5 referrals and you are paid $.30 per read e-mail.

ValuePay - $$$
ValuePay pays up to $1 for
every hour you are on, 10% of what your direct referrals earn, and
5% of what your extended referrals earn for up to 5 generations.

VIP Benefits - $$$
VIP Benefits is a good new program that pays well, $.60 an hour for you, $.15 for friends, then $.03 and finally $.02. This is a paid to be online, you don't actually have to be on the web, just have an internet connection.

Crew-Design - $$$
Although Crew-Design is not paying yet, they offer the highest paying program so far, you will get paid $1.25 per hour that you are online for a maximum
of 50 hours per month. The referral system goes 7 levels deep.
You will get $0.15 per hour for your direct referrals and then some for indirect referrals. Crew-Design is a company that pays you
to be online, offline, read email, to give your opinion and search the web. This is the most exciting new program I have seen.

Desktop Horizon - $$$
With DesktopHorizon, you earn
60¢ per hour you are on and 5/5/5/10/15¢ increasing in the levels
which will have the most members. No stated max hours per month, but
40 hours is used in their example. There is always a change that it will rise next month, as it is with several other different programs.

Ignifuge pays you to visit web sites through their useful portal page -- sites like Amazon.com, Yahoo!, and TV Guide.
No banners for you to look at; just high quality web sites that have informative content you're looking for. |
ePIPO - $$
ePIPO pays you 60¢ for every
hour you are on and the 10¢ for referrals for 5 levels! I
recommend this service for the opportunity in making quite a bit of money. The reason it got such a low ranking is because of their service.

Spedia - $
Spedia pays you a percentage
of whatever ad revenue they make. Plus, you also make 25% of
what your referrals make! Last month, they paid 47¢ per hour,
which is a dip from two months ago because of costly system
upgrades. Spedia also pays to receive e-mail and to sign up for
internet services. This month, that should increase! Spedia can be annoying because they are very strict and if you are not surfing hardcore then you do not get any money from them.

| A very good idea, I like it a lot, it has a side bar which pops up every once in a while that tells you that
you have a message, and then you click on the advirstisement and sit there for 10 seconds, and pts are credited to your account to buy things.
You start off with enough pts to by something like a video. I like it a lot, definetly should try it out. |

| The best referral system that is out there, no surfing, all you have to do is tell your friends about this one and when they sign up,
you get the money for them, and same with indirect referrals. The best part is that there is unlimited indirect referrals which means
you can really get a lot of money with this one. |
| Point Click- Different Is Good |
| This program is really different from all the other programs too. It's not a surfing thing, but instead you have to click on the sites at pointclick.com to earn money (have to stay at each page for at least 20 seconds for it to count). It requires some work, but it's actually not bad. The way it works is you can either get 35% of the revenue in cash, or you can get twice as much in spending money to spend at Pointclick affiliates. The best thing about this program right now is that you get $5.00 and a chance to win $5000 just for signing up. You also get $2.00 for each person you refer. | mValue - A Nice Program |
| mValue is now paying and has a downloadable bar which you can make $.50 an hour. You can also get 2 levels of referrals. It has rates for level 1 of $.10 and level 2 of $.05. A recently new program but is still very good. |

Paid For Surf -
The regular rates are dependent on your click-thru ratio and range anywhere from $0.02/hr (0.5% click-thru) to $0.75/hr (3% click-thru). For those of you who don't get a lot of referrals, this program could be good. Unlimited surfing is nice, especially at $0.75/hr. I am currently on track to making more than $90 for my first month, even at only $0.30/hr... They usually update the stats daily, so you can tell what your click-thru ratio is, which is really nice... I'm just gonna click some more and can double my pay... pretty nice.

Cashsurfers -
For a new program, this one is pretty damn good. I got paid $70 for my first, by far teh highest for the pay for the first month of any program so far. I think they lost a lot of money because of their referral rates for their first month (December), cause they changed it for January so taht referral rates are lower, but the rates for what you surf yourself increased. A good thing about Cashsurfers is they pay for internet connection, not surfing.

These paid to surf programs are becoming more different with each new program released. This new program gives you four different ways to make money. The first method is unprecedented. With AdWallpaper, you get paid $1.20 per week that you have their ads as your wallpaper. The "runner" method is just like all other paid to surf adbars ($0.45/hr.). "Smart" method pays you $0.03 for playing a game or quiz (five seconds long- maximum 6 times.hr- total $0.18/hr.). The final method, "Popup," comes out to approximately $0.06/hr (6 pop-ups/hr., $0.01 each). PLEASE use my referral which is baez154!!!

This is a different kind of program. What it does is it tries to get people to sign up for your programs. The more people that you refer to maxref, the more people the refer to you, can you will get more referrals to your surf programs. It is a really good idea and you should check it out if you are serious about getting paid to surf.
